Security cam caught Nsyndrome on tape.

This clip was shot by some French guy somewhere in France showing a French Nsyndrome in a French parking house. Does anybody know French? Then you'll know what this means: "Mon dieu! Regardez le main de ce mec! C'est completement fou!"
